Testextra LLC is an Authorized Distributor for all items sold on this site.

Most items sold on this site are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials to the user for a period of one to three years from date of purchase.  Please consult our Manufacturer's Warranty Page or contact us to verify the warranty period of any particular item. 

We will accept the return of defective items for a period of 7 days from date of  purchase.   To insure expedited service,  please see  return policy / instructions before shipping. 

Products subjected to physical,  electrical,  or mechanical abuse,  or used in an unprescribed or improper manner,  will void any warranty.  Batteries and fuses are not covered by warranty. 

After the 7 day period,  all items must be sent to the manufacturers' authorized repair depot.  We are not liable for the warranty or guarantee provided by the manufacturer and the manufacturer must be contacted for claims against warranties.  Please refer to warranty materials which are enclosed with your items.
