All shipments are insured, and the total shipping charges include insurance. A physical address (no PO Boxes) is required for all shipments. Shipping / handling / insurance is prepaid and added to invoice, FOB Point of Origin. (FOB stands for Freight On Board, which means that when your package(s) leave our facility in the hands of the shipping company, we are no longer responsible for them. At that time, you take title / ownership of the goods, and any and all responsibility for the package(s) is transferred to the shipping company). Orders which contain a large number of items, or which exceed a certain weight limit for the shipping method selected, or may be subject to a discount, will be processed without a price indicated for shipping charges. We will contact you with the shipping charge information once your order is received, and will ask for your approval of these charges before completing your order. The carrier who delivers your merchandise is responsible for damage or loss incurred in transit. In order to receive compensation, you MUST follow these steps IMMEDIATELY: 1) Check contents for damage immediately. 2) Save all damaged goods with the carton and packing materials intact. 3) Ask the carrier for a damage inspection. 4) Contact us AFTER you have followed the above procedure, and we will do whatever we can to help you resolve the situation.
