!! Do not return any items to us before obtaining an RMA ( Return Material Authorization ) number !! Items returned without an RMA number will be refused. Contact us to obtain your RMA number. Within 7 days of delivery, you may return any single piece, non-special order item with the exception of batteries*. (Delivery date is determined by documentation supplied by the Shipping Company). Multiple piece orders, of the same item, will incur a 25% restocking charge. You agree that you will examine your shipment within 7 days and any claim will be made within that time. Returned merchandise must be in the original, undamaged packaging, in undamaged, unblemished, saleable condition, including all accessories, literature, software, warranty cards etc. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. A restocking charge of 25% will be applied to all merchandise that is not considered defective, if it is not in saleable condition, with all items as described above, when we receive it. Merchandise damaged in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier... contact the carrier, not Testextra, to file a claim! All returns should be sent with all original boxes enclosed in an outer box. We suggest you insure your returns. Testextra LLC is not responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in shipment. At our option, we will either replace or have repaired such items. All repaired or replaced items will be returned normal ground transportation prepaid. RMA numbers are valid for 5 days. Returns received after the 5 days will incur a 25% restocking charge. Special order items are not returnable. Items sold to resellers, with reseller discount applied, are not returnable. In some cases, we will send a new item to replace a defective one, in advance of our receiving the defective item, in order that our customer does not experience any down time. In these cases, RMA item returns which are not received by Testextra LLC within 7 days of your receipt of said item, will be billed at the original item price by the same method as the original order. Should a return package without an RMA number be accepted by our warehouse, a 25% re-stocking charge will be applied. Not all returns on RMA's will be accepted for credit..... this will be evaluated on a case by case basis. There is no exception to the re-stocking charge, which is to cover our costs.
