Easy to operate and carry, the Protek S2505 is microprocessor driven, features dual inputs with internal and external triggering, and allows the user to measure and graphically view two signals at the same time. The S2505 is soft key menu driven and comes with Windows® compatible software that enables the user to display a live waveform on their computer screen and to control the operation of the meter remotely via USB.
The Data Logging Functions include 17,000 points, at sample intervals of from 0.25 S/S to 60 S/S.
Data logging modes include Peak and Time, with a real time clock.
In addition to waveforms, the S2505 also allows the user to quickly and conveniently view True RMS AC/DC voltage, resistance, continuity, frequency, RPM, pulse width and percent duty cycle. Advanced functions include the ability to store and recall up to 16 waveforms, freeze and hold a reading, and view DC voltage shifts in the slow roll mode.
Ideal for electrical, HVAC, electronic and automotive applications, the S2505 features a super-twist, two-level display. The viewing screen of the S2505 is backlit for easy viewing and has a “window freeze” function that locks waveforms on it. Serving a variety of applications, such as sensors testing, it can also switch into “roll mode” for slow repetititive waveforms. It has a sampling time of 25 MS/s in dual channel mode, and 50 MS/s in single channel mode.
The S2505 comes complete with four test leads with alligator clips, a protective holster, a Ni-MH battery pack, an AC adaptor/charger, a USB cable, Windows® compatible software, and a carrying case. |
